How’s your Immune System today?

I recently received a question about how to fix the immune system of a diabetic. Diabetes is an autoimmune problem–the immune system is overworking to the point where it starts to attack itself.  There are a number of diagnoses within the autoimmune classification.  The symptoms vary, but they are all immune system problems.

There is no “one size fits all” with any health situation.  We are all different and got to where we are in different ways.  My protocol takes this into account and creates a unique plan to get any immune system back on track.

Much of the immune system is in the gut, so assessing gut health is an early step in the process. If you’ve ever taken antibiotics your gut health is not what it should be. Other things that mess up your gut health are alcohol consumption, sugar, and processed foods. Some vegetables are very difficult to digest and if your gut is already struggling they can throw it off even more.

Other big immune system factors include vitamin D levels, iron, cellular health, the health of your environment.

How is your immune system doing?  Chronic symptoms, poor digestion, fatigue, irritability and frequent illness (even colds!) are all signs your immune system could be serving you in much better ways.

In conclusion…if your immune system is not 100% your zest for life will not be 100%. I love getting peoples’ immune systems back on track. Please reach out with questions!

PS: it can get lonely out here writing to you all and not getting responses. If you read this email me back! Even just one word! I want to know if people are actually receiving all I write. Thank you so much!!
